Account Loves are a way for sales reps to interact with their accounts and have that activity be tracked. If an Account has not been loved in a certain amount of time Vinosmith will remind the user they need to reach-out / communicate with that Account.
By default Vinosmith restricts Account creation and editing to Admins. However, there is an option to expose Account Creation to your Sales Reps.
Admins have access to all Accounts so only non-admin Sales Reps need to be assigned Accounts. If you are a Sales Rep : ask your Admin to assign you access to the Account
You can download an Excel doc of your Accounts from Vinosmith, make changes to this file and upload it back to Vinosmith.
The Delivery Times are specifically used for Vinlux integration.
Deleting an account is a permanent action. ALL of its associated data (contacts, tastings, etc) will also be deleted.
Vinosmith has the ability to enforce an Account's premise type to a sub-set of all Prices on any single Wine based on that wine's premise ("On-Premise" "Off-Premise" or "Any.")
If your organization has a set of questions that all Accounts are prompted to answer this is a great way to standardize the capturing of that content.
The Account Type specifies if an account is on- or off- premise.
Please refer to your integration document to understand your organization's logic for creating accounts from QB.
Vinosmith allows you to mark an account as a Prospective account.
The default Delivery Methods can be set at the Account level.
When the Allow Orders? flag is unchecked, the account will be flagged "Do Not Ship"
The Sales Opportunities portion of your dashboard gives you a quick glance of your Monthly Sales Average and Upside Potential for each of your accounts within each of your priority levels.
Snoozing an Account means it is temporarily removed from the priority list on the Dashboard.
The Sales Opportunities and Potential Upside on your dashboard will provide a snapshot of your average sales over the last four months.
