During Order Confirmation, the preferred Delivery Method for the Account will be used when the default Delivery Method has been designated at the Account level. It can still be changed on the Order Confirmation screen if needed.
How to set your default Delivery Methods for a specific account:
- Click on the Accounts tab
- Click on a specific account to be updated
- On the left-had navigation, click on Delivery Methods
- Select appropriate delivery methods
- Click Save
