If your organization does not use Vinlux, you can still store the account's delivery times. However, those times are not displayed in the order. Only the Account's Delivery Notes are displayed on the invoice. There is one report that surfaces this info, and it is the WorkWave report.

Steps

  1. Go to the Account you want to modify.
  2. On the left-hand navigation, click on Delivery Times.
  3. In the left again click on Add Method
  4. On the form - be sure to choose Vinlux from the Via menu.
    • Please note: Vinlux does not deliver on Mondays - so leave that day blank.
  5. Proceed to complete the desired windows for each day of the week that are valid for the specific Account. Vinlux supports two ranges per day.
  6. Save your changes.

On the next order submission these delivery windows will be passed along to Vinlux.
