Prioritizing accounts will help Vinosmith help users monitor activity with accounts based on the level of priority assigned and the selected account love threshold.  Because multiple reps can be assigned to an account, an account's priority is connected to the Rep. For example, Rep A can set the account as High (H) while Rep B can set it as Medium (M).

To assign or edit Account Priorities:

  1. Go to the Accounts page, click on ‘Manage Priorities’ in the left-hand column

  2. Select a priority level for each account (the default is Medium)

  3. Once you have given each account a priority level, click ‘Update’ at the bottom of the page.

Admins will see the user's priority on the Accounts page in parentheses next to the rep name. 

  • (H) for High
  • (M) for Medium
  • (L) for Low
Admins can set or change the priority for the sales rep's account by clicking "Manage Priorities" on the left-hand side of the Accounts page and utilizing the toggle to select the rep to see their account assignments and priorities.
