How do I invite buyers?

How do I know an item has been enabled?

How can I see the Buyer's experience?
We provide a special URL that you can utilize to see the Buyer's version of the Marketplace with your data. This allows you to access the marketplace as a dummy demo user linked to your account. You can then see what your data will look like to the buyer.
- Click on My Account, click on Manage on the left-side menu
- Click on Marketplace Settings
- Click Get Demo Login URL
- Paste the URL into a private browser window/tab
How do I communicate with my Buyer about their order?
If you need to cancel an order request, click the Cancel This Request button. A note text box appears, and a button to Notify the Requester appears.
We're developing additional ways to communicate easily with your buyer about their order request directly in Vinosmith. Please contact the buyer directly if there are changes or questions about an order request.
Can my Buyer see the items they have on allocation?
On the Buyer's Trade Dashboard, allocations can be seen and added to the Marketplace shopping cart.
What does the inventory availability status mean?
- In Stock / Available -- This means the inventory available is well above the indicated threshold
- Limited Stock -- This means the inventory available is below the indicated threshold
- Please Inquire -- This means there is no inventory and/or negative inventory available

Does Vinosmith provide Bottle Shot Images?
If you use the Vinosmith Marketplace, we offer an additional service: We automatically acquire images for your wines at no cost. This article provides more information.
How much is the cost for my buyer?
Absolutely nothing! :) They would need to be invited.
Is this integrated with Vinopay?
The Marketplace & Vinopay are tied together. If you're enrolled in VinoPay, and your buyer has a Vinosmith Trade account, they can make payments and see their invoices through the Marketplace website.
