Follow these steps to submit [brand new] Accounts to Vinlux:

  1. Go to the Orders tab and in the left click on Vinlux Address Book

  2. Click on the initials links and proceed with locating each Account and clicking the Add button next to its name.

  3. When you're ready to submit this batch of Accounts to Vinlux click on the Submit to Vinlux button.

  4. You should receive an email/PDF notification when the Accounts have been added to Vinlux and you can now proceed with placing orders against those Accounts.

We recommend waiting to submit the first order for a new account until you have received the new account success acknowledgment from Vinlux.  It can take 5 - 15 minutes to receive the acknowledgment.

NOTE: Once Vinlux records in their routing system an Account is at a certain address changing its address afterward can result in errors. In this case, the recommended solution is to create a new Account with its alternate address and submit that to Vinlux as a new account.

 

Vinlux Northern vs Southern Warehouses

As of 2021 Vinlux offers both a Northern and Southern (California) warehouse fulfillment. The default fulfillment center is Northern.

If you use the Vinlux Southern facility (you would know) then please let Vinosmith Support know so required adjustments can be made.
