**Before you can batch import, you will first want to perform an export of current pricing and edit the file.**
Export Pricing:
- Enter the Wines tab
- In the left sub-navigation on the left side, find the Import/Export section
- Locate the Prices sub-navigation
- Click on Export Prices
- Click the box to show disabled prices, or leave it blank only to see active pricing
- Select detailed or basic export
- Click Export
We currently support two Excel formats, a Detailed and a Basic format. In most cases, you probably want to consider the Basic format.
Note: Not all export columns are updatable. Several only exist for your reference. Please refer to the Import Wines Prices screen for more information
Basic Format
This Excel format is fairly simple. You can see the columns required by going to the upload screen.
- Click on the Wines tab
- On the left, click on Import Prices
- Now click on the Basic tab
Required columns are:
- A – Upload type
- B – Wine Code
- C - Wine Name
- D - Price Label
Description of Columns
- Price Label: the full name of the price, examples: Case Price, Frontline, BTG

Privacy: whether the price is public or private. Please see this article for what this means

Sort Order: the order you would like this price to be displayed when there are multiple prices shown for this Wine. The value is a number, and the sorting is done from lowest to highest. Example: if you have two price points: "Case Price" and "Case 5 Price," and you want to show them in that order, then you could use a Sort Order value of 1 for the first price and 2 for the second.
