A known issue exists when a QB Purchase Order is edited to include a different wine after it was initially imported into Vinosmith. When the Purchase Order is updated, a wine (Wine A) is removed, and another wine (Wine B) is added, the Wine A value is orphaned, and any Vinosmith captured on-order value is stuck. This is because there is no longer a reference to that Wine A value (only Wine B now), and Wine A is orphaned.
To resolve this issue:
- Navigate to My Account
- On the left-hand side, click Manage
- Click Request Fetch under the Quickbooks section
- Click the red Reset Pre-Arrival & On Order in the top left-hand navigation
- This will delete ALL pre-arrivals tagged as having come from QBO
- This sets ALL inventory on-order values to 0
After clicking that button, we suggest requesting a Purchase Order fetch for a covering time period.
