Adding a Sale Rep commission to an item that is different than the Global Sales Rep Commission rate can be done manually by editing a wine price and populating the Sales Rep Commission field.

You can also update multiple items via the Batch Pricing Export/Import flow.

A note about Sales Rep commissions: When setting up the commission % at the individual sales rep level or the Item’s price level, Vinosmith does not go back historically and update commissions. If the rep or price commission rate doesn’t exist at that time, it is not attached to the line item. The benefit of this setup is if the commission rate change after the fact, the commission rate at the time of order placement is locked.

Sales Rep commission for a specific item applies to all reps.
