You can view most of your uploaded (imported) files, such as Account, Wine Properties, Inventory, or Pricing updates.
If you delete an uploaded file, all attached data will be deleted. That is, if you delete an upload for pricing, all pricing in that file will be deleted.
This feature can be helpful if you made a mistake in the file and want to delete all created data to start over or check if another user's upload caused any changes.
How to view uploaded files:
- Click on My Account
- From the left navigation, click on Manage
- From the left navigation, click on File Uploads
- Here, you will see a list of all files uploaded (imported) into Vinosmith
- Click on the date/time of the upload to see its details
- You can choose to download the actual Excel file you uploaded. There is also an option to delete the upload (and all of its attached data).
Please note: When deleting a file, the historical data will be deleted, but the Account information will still remain. The account may need to be deleted separately.
Inventory Uploads - Important Note: Deleting an Inventory Upload file will never restore the quantities before the upload, it will just delete the excel file that is stored in the cloud. It's always best to keep a copy of the original file before creating any changes and importing the file into Vinosmith. :)
