Vinosmith itself does not provide any bulk emailing services. Functions like this are best served by other services which handle all of that for you (and there is more here involved than one might think: subscription management, templating, SPAM compliance, etc).

We recommend a service like MailChimp - which is free.

What Vinosmith can do is allow you to export all of your Contacts - which you can then use to build an import document for your bulk email service of choice.

To download all of your Contacts in Excel:

  1. Click on the Accounts tab
  2. In the left click on "View Contacts"
  3. Then click on "Export: xlsx"
