How are Vendors used in Vinosmith?

Vendors are specifically used to create purchase orders.

Here's how you can manage your vendor list:

Go to the Wines tab
Click on Manage under Vendors on the left-hand side

Depending on your integration with Vinosmith, you may need to link vendors between your ERP and Vinosmith.

Vinosmith can import existing vendors from QuickBooks or create them in Vinosmith. You can also use a combination of both methods. Please contact help@vinosmith.com to have us import those existing vendors from your QuickBooks.

If your organization has enabled QuickBooks Online or Desktop integration, you can also push the new vendor created in Vinosmith to QB.
