To create a tasting sheet:
- Go to the Tastings tab, in the top left corner, click New Tasting.
- Fill out the tasting form with the account, date, time, and wines.
- TIP: Save the Set a Reminder? for during or after the tasting when you want to schedule a follow-up
- NOTE: The notes you enter here are treated as internal notes during the tasting. The notes are for the rep, not for the account/buyer The Tasting Sheet Display notes on the Export Tasting Sheet are surfaced on the PDF.
- Save the tasting.
- After saving, in the top left corner, you will see the option to Export Tasting Sheet.
- On that next page, you can put a custom title, choose to add the account name and add tasting sheet text to each wine if you wish.
- PDF Export versions:
- Version 1 is more streamlined (very basic - no images or wine properties)
- Version 2 allows you to add more details, such as bottle shots, vineyard, appellation, etc
- Version 3 includes the same details as Version 2 but with improved formatting.
- It also provides the ability to include awards (if selected at the Tasting Sheet Template level) and the notes section from the individual wine page.

- A logo uploaded at the producer level can be used in place of a bottle shot if the Use Producer Logo if Wine Logo Not Available is checked on the Tasting Sheet Template
- PDF Export versions:
- When are finished, click the blue Export button at the bottom of the page.
Note: If a wine is marked "Price Sheets?"= no, we do not allow that wine to be shown on the price book or on the tasting sheet.
If you are not able to generate a tasting sheet, please contact your Admin to create the Tasting Sheet template.
