- Click on My Account in the top-right
- In the left-hand navigation click on Manage under your company name.
- In the left-hand navigation click on Add New User
- Complete the New User form.
- The user has now been added to your Vinosmith. Give them the password you assigned and they're all set
Note: If your organization's Vinosmith is integrated with Quickbooks Desktop, requesting a fetch for Sales Reps does not create the user in Vinosmith The user needs to be created in Vinosmith prior to requesting a fetch for Sales Reps.
