1. Click on My Account in the top-right
  2. In the left-hand navigation click on Manage under your company name.
  3. In the left-hand navigation click on Add New User
  4. Complete the New User form.
  5. The user has now been added to your Vinosmith. Give them the password you assigned and they're all set

Note: If your organization's Vinosmith is integrated with Quickbooks Desktop, requesting a fetch for Sales Reps does not create the user in Vinosmith The user needs to be created in Vinosmith prior to requesting a fetch for Sales Reps.
