When looking at a specific order, the Update button is at the bottom left of that screen.

Below are the fields you'll see when you click on the Update button:

Delivery Status - if you need to change the Delivery Status of an order manually, this is where you can make your update.

Invoice # - when one particular invoice number needs to be changed, you can do that here (Warning: be careful you don't specify a duplicate value.)

Invoice # Prefix -  this will automatically populate what is set up as the template, but if this one instance needs to be changed, you can change it here.

PO # - a PO number can be added here for this order as needed

Payment Terms (Days) - (Consider selecting a term below, which takes precedence over manually entering a term days value here.)

Payment Term - if it needs to be updated for this one invoice

Payment Status - the payment status of the invoice can be entered here

Payment Source - the payment source can be entered in this field

Private Note for INTERNAL USE ONLY - any notes needed can be entered in this field

>>Override Commissions - The Rep and/or Supplier Commission rate can be changed here (this change will only impact this specific order)

Once you've made any changes to any of these fields, please click the Update button at the bottom of the screen to save your changes.
