The Vinosmith calendar is user specific.  Users can only see their events, tastings and reminders on the calendar. The exception is when a user goes to the calendar and creates an "event" and marks it public, then everyone can see the event on their individual calendar. If a user make it private, then only the user who created the event can see it. 

An admin can subscribe to each of the sales reps Vinosmith calendars via their own Google Calendar.  To do this, just follow these steps:

  1. Go to My Account in the top right corner, then click Manage in the top left
  2. On that next page, go down to the very bottom and click on any one of the sales reps names
  3. On that next page, at the very bottom is the URL required to subscribe to that reps calendar.  Just cut/paste it in to your Google Calendar and you'll then start seeing all of their scheduled tastings and reminders on your calendar.
