If the Accounts Receivable feature is enabled, Vinosmith will notify the account and the sales rep the first time the account goes past due. You can now send a second past due notification to past due accounts.

Administrators: How to Configure a Second Account Receivable Email

  • Create an Outbound Email
  1. Proceed to your Management Console: click on My Account in the top-right, then Manage in the top left of the next screen.
  2. Scroll down to the Outbound Emails section and click Add on the right side
  3. Choose ar.pastdue.nudge1 from the Key dropdown
  4. Recipients - By default, the account contact flagged to receive invoices is always the primary recipient. You don't need to add any account contacts here.  If you have any email recipients in your organization that need to receive these emails, you can add them here.
  5. The Reply-to is dynamic: If an email is added here, that email is used. Otherwise, it's the Sales Rep's email.
  6. The NUMERIC value in the Value1bucket represents how many days past due this email/flow should be triggered. This value is MORE than your default past due Cutoff Threshold (days) value which is considered Round 1, the first past due notification. This is Round 2. (Note: At this time, Value 2 is just a placeholder. Only Value 1 will trigger an action.)
  7. You can leave all other fields blank.
  8. Save your changes.

For example

If the is 10 for Round 1, if you create a nudge outbound email with Value1 = 20, the email will be sent 10 days after Round 1.

Emails are sent at 10:00 AM PST.
