This error can occur when pushing invoices to Quickbooks. The error can be connected to an account or an item.

The error indicates that a QB Customer or Item that Vinosmith has mapped to cannot be found in the actual QB company file (the digits in between the quote marks tells you the item or account in question). Alternatively, QB will return this error message if the account or item has been marked inactive in QB.

The first thing to check is whether that Account or Item exists and is active in your QB. You will need to first re-activate the QB item or account and then try pushing the invoice again.

For Quickbooks Online Integrations

When you are pushing invoices in batch mode there is no visible feedback (this error message) from Quickbooks Online. Unfortunately, Quickbooks Online does not tell which Item is inactive - just one or more on that invoice.

Vinosmith also supports pushing a single invoice in a manner that does present immediate feedback to you - in this case, you'd see that error message and would be able to act on it. The rule of thumb is that if an invoice is not going thru to QB in batch mode then attempt it in single-mode to see the error message.
