If a Quickbooks PO is edited to include a different wine or remove a wine after being imported into Vinosmith, Vinosmith does not recognize that change.
 
For example, if PO#1 is updated and Wine A is removed, the Wine A value is orphaned, and any Vinosmith captured on-order value is stuck. This is because there is no longer a reference to that Wine A value, and it's orphaned. There is a way to resolve this issue.
  • Navigate to My Account
  • Click on Manage
  • Click on Request Fetch under the Quickbooks section.
  • On the next page, click the red "Reset Pre-arrivals and On-Order"
  • Next, force a sync by requesting inventory and purchase order fetches.

This should resolve the issue once the system has had time to sync.
