The ordering of Prices for a Wine, e.g. Case 1, Case 5 and Case 10 can be specified. You might want to first display the BTG prices followed by all the various Case prices.

This is achieved by specifying a sort-order from lowest to highest. So in the above example Case1 would have a sort-order of 1, Case 5 would have a sort-order of 2, and so on.

To specify the sorting of a price Tasting Sheets and also the Wine screen in Vinosmith:

  1. Click on Manage in the Pricing section on the Wine page
  2. In the left hand navigation click on the link Update Sort Order.
  3. On the following page, you can drag-and-drop the prices into the desired order.
  4. Click Save to save your changes.
