Invitation Status - Who was invited? Who signed up?

In this section, you can see your Marketplace invitation status using the Contacts filters.

  • Click on the Accounts tab
  • On the left navigation, click on View Contacts
  • In the filter section, under Browse Accounts Contacts, you can select your filters:
    • Marketplace: Invited? - select Any / Yes / No
    • Marketplace: Accepted? - select Any / Yes / No
      • Selecting Yes = will show the invitations that were sent and accepted
  • Click Find Accounts

After clicking the Find Accounts button, you should see the filtered responses populate.

Exporting results: Also, on that screen, if you click the Export link (on the left), it will honor the current filters

Trade Accounts - Which accounts are connected to my organization?

In this section, you can see which accounts have trade accounts connected to your organization and access to your Marketplace (if you've enabled that feature). 

  • Click on the Orders tab
  • On the left navigation, under Accounts Receivable, click on Manage
  • Under Vinopay, click on Connected Accounts
