How do I update Vinosmith with new QB Customers and Items?

Every Vinosmith Account and Wine needs to be mapped to a QB Customer and Item respectively in order for Vinosmith to create QB Invoices.

Every 4 hours Vinosmith will update its knowledge of your QB Customers and Items.

If you update your QB with a new Customer or Item and need that information reflected back in Vinosmith and you dont want to wait 4 hours you can initiate a fetch immediately.

Go to your Management Screen
In the Intuit section on the left, click on Request Fetch

This fetch will pull down your QB Customers and Items and put them in the sandbox where you can then search against them in the mapping editor.
