Vinosmith might ask you to export your QB data for further analysis.

Here is how to do that:

Export Customers

  1. Go to the Customer Center

  2. In the top toolbar choose the action-item of Excel and then choose Export Customer List

  3. In the pop-up choose Create New Worksheet and then press Export

  4. The export will be generated and Excel will automatically open - save this Excel document somewhere convenient and thats what you want to send over to Vinosmith

Export Items

  1. Go to the Item List

  2. In the bottom toolbar choose the action-item of Excel and then choose Export All Items

  3. In the pop-up choose Create New Worksheet and then press Export

  4. The export will be generated and Excel will automatically open - save this Excel document somewhere convenient and thats what you want to send over to Vinosmith
