For Vinosmith to communicate with your Quickbooks Online you first need to authorize this connection.

How to Authorize Vinosmith + Quickbooks Online for the 1st time

  1. Click on My Account in the top-right.
  2. In the left, click on Manage
  3. Look in the left and locate the Quickbooks Online section; click on the link to Connect to Quickbooks Online.
  4. On the next screen click on the Connect to Quickbooks button.
  5. Proceed with following the prompts and signing in to Intuit and entering your Intuit / Quickbooks Online credentials.

At the end of this authorization flow you will have successfully authorized Vinosmith to read data from your Quickbooks Online instance.

 

How to Re-Authorize Vinosmith + Quickbooks Online if instructed by Vinosmith Support

In some cases you might be instructed by Vinosmith Support to re-authorize your connection. This can happen if the Quickbooks user who authorized the original connection is no longer active in Quickbooks / Intuit. 

To re-authorize an existing connection please follow these steps:

 

  1. Click on My Account in the top-right.
  2. In the left, click on Manage
  3. Look in the left and locate the Quickbooks Online section; click on the link to Settings.
  4. On the next screen look in the left for a link Re-Authorize
  5. Follow the prompts to re-authorize your connection.
