When a Sales Rep submits an Allocation request Vinosmith can notify via email one or more recipients for approval.

To add an email addresses to notify:

  1. Click on My Account in the top-right corner
  2. Click on Manage in the left
  3. Locate the Outbound Emails subsection in the middle part of the page (below the Order Processing subsection)
  4. Click on the Add link against it (on the far right side of the page)
  5. Ensure allocation.notifications is selected in the Key dropdown
  6. Enter one or more email addresses to notify; comma-delimit multiple emails
  7. Provide an explanatory description for your convenience.
  8. Click the blue Save button

To edit email recipients:

  1. Go to the "My Account" tab in the top-right corner
  2. On the left hand side, click Manage
  3. On the next screen locate the setting section titled Outbound Emails
  4. Click the red allocation.notifications link under the Key column
  5. Populate email address(es)
  6. Click the blue Save button

With this in place, when a Sales Rep creates an Allocation request those email addresses will be sent an approval notification.
