Administrators have the ability to choose when an order is considered a future order and when the future order deploys into the orders queue. Both Future Order Triggers and Activation Thresholds default remains at 5 day.

Future Order Trigger Settings

The future order trigger indicates how many days from delivery-date an order should be considered a future order?

To adjust this setting:

1. Navigate to My Account

2. On the left-hand side click Manage.

3. On the left-hand side click Edit.

4. Scroll down to Future Order Trigger (days) and input the number of days from delivery you want the order to be for it to be considered a future order. 

ex. 7 would mean that an order more than 7 days from the delivery date would be put into the future orders category

5. Click the blue Save button.

Note: The Future Order Trigger can be selected to be any number of days between 1-30,

 

Future Order Threshold Settings

The future order threshold indicates how many days prior to the delivery-date a future order should be activated.

To adjust this setting:

1. Navigate to My Account

2. On the left-hand side click Manage.

3. On the left-hand side click Edit.

4. Scroll down to Future Order Activation Threshold (days) and select the number of days from delivery you want the order to be for it to be considered a future order from the dropdown menu. 

ex. 4 would mean that an order 4 days from the delivery date would be put into the orders queue.

5. Click the blue Save button.

Note: The Activation Threshold can be changed to be between 1-5 days These settings can be adjusted in your admin panel.
