To enable this feature

  • Navigate to My Account
  • Click the Manage link in the left-hand navigation
  • Next, click Edit in the left-hand navigation
  • Scroll to the Account Management section to find Accounts Past Due: Order Handling
    • Select one of three options
      • Allow - No restrictions
      • Block Sales Rep Users - Only Admin users can place an order for past-due accounts
      • Block All Users - Reps and Admins are blocked from placing orders for past-due accounts
  • Then click Save

Once enabled, the past-due account will not appear in the Order's Account selector. 

If "all users" are selected, and an unconfirmed order is created before the account becomes past due, admins cannot confirm the order once the account is past-due.

This only applies to desktop and mobile web order placements.
