When the feature is enabled, orders cannot be placed for accounts flagged "prospective". Reps and Admins will not be able to place orders for “prospective” accounts.  The flag would need to be removed so the order can be placed.

When creating a "new order", users can type the account name & see the account in the dropdown but the account cannot be selected. The user will get a notification alerting the user that the “Orders cannot be started for prospective accounts. Please contact your Admin.”

ADMINS: To block orders for Prospective Accounts, navigate to the Admin panel (My Account > Manage > Edit) and enable the Order Entry: Block Order on Prospective Accounts? setting under the Warehousing / Order Entry section. 

When Order Entry: Block Order on Prospective Accounts? is not enabled, orders can be placed for "prospective" accounts.
