This feature allows an Organization to set allowed ship days that can be applied to the entire Account base. Additionally,  Account-specific allowed ship days can be created.

Please Note: This feature is only available on Vinosmith Desktop (not on mobile or the Vinosmith Distributor app.)

To enable this feature:

  • Navigate to My Account
  • Click the Manage link in the left-hand navigation
  • Next, click Edit in the left-hand navigation
  • Under the Account Management section, select the Allowed Ship Days

To apply the Allowed Ship Days to all accounts:

  • Navigate to My Account
  • Click the Manage link in the left-hand navigation
  • Next, click Edit in the left-hand navigation
  • In the left-hand navigation, click the Special Action: Update Account Ship Days
  • All accounts will be updated to the Organization's Allowed Ship Days  

Once enabled:

  • All new accounts will be assigned the Allowed Ship Days set at the Admin panel
  • If your organization's Delivery Date Population setting is Order Date + Next Day, the delivery date will be the next available Allowed Ship Day
  • If your organization's Delivery Date Population setting is Require User Selection, the calendar will only show the days "allowed" to ship

To assign different Ship Days for an Account:

  • Navigate to the Account
  • Click Edit
  • Update the Allowed Ship Days
  • Save

Account-specific Customization

Accounts can have different ship days, differing from your organization's days. When editing an Account, choose the day(s) from the picker.

Batch updating is available via the Excel Import / Export flows. Specify a comma-delimited list of abbreviated day names like
