You will be notified by email when one of your accounts signs up for the Trade account. We will also place all open invoices for that account in their Trade portal. 

If you are still missing invoices that were created prior to using VinoPay you can add the older invoices to the Trade Portal by following these steps:

  1. Open a concerned invoice.
  2. Click on the More Actions button.
  3. Select Submit to VinoPay.

That's it! Those invoices will now appear in your account's trade portal.
